We sell Specialty Grade roasted coffees that are shipped at the peak freshness. Please check your order as soon as it arrives. You can call us or send us an email to arrange for return. We will take back any unopened coffee product if you contact us within 72 hours of receipt. We will credit your account immediately for the product only. Unclebeanz reserves the right to revoke offers or correct errors even if a credit card has already been charged.

Large Brewers, grinders and home roasting equipment are shipped from our warehouse so there is a 20% re-stocking charge on returns plus shipping costs.
